Mr. (Gokkar) Ram Nilling, He have been post graduated in Master of Arts (M.A.) with history subject and he also acquired Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) from Arunachal Institute of Tribal Studies (AITS) from Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal Pradesh, India. He is presently doing a job as trained graduate teacher (TGT) under the Education Department, Gov. of Arunachal Pradesh. He is kind, simple and possesses lots of passion for the literary.
